Wike Will Pay For It Even After His Tenure - Chief Nicholas swares Over Asokoro Property Demolition

The CEO and Chairman of SNECOU Group Limited, Chief Nicholas Ukachukwu, reportedly told Sahara Reporters that Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), would pay for the demolition of all of Ukachukwu’s properties in the Asokoro District of Abuja, even after he leaves office. This was situated on 214 hectares of land in the Asokoro District of Abuja. He accused Wike of ordering the demolition without a court order.

The developer, who was born in Anambra, begged President Bola Tinubu to step in and save the multi-million-naira property, pointing out that his business had broken no laws in the purchase and development of the land.

Although there was no court order prohibiting the ministry from accessing the property, the speaker revealed to reporters during a press conference that the land in question had been improperly granted without ministerial clearance.

Wike called the developer an “ethnic jingoist” for injecting an ethnic perspective into the matter.

In an interview with StreetVerdict, however, Ukachukwu asserted that he had shown Wike his paperwork at a meeting, and the minister had stated there was no problem, guaranteeing that because there was a court ruling on the matter, there was nothing he could do.

He went on to imply that Wike’s true goal was to seize the property for himself.

With that accusation, he stated, “It is not the issue of dispute; it is the issue that Wike is interested in the land and he wants to use proxy to take the land from the back door. Quote me anywhere; I’m ready to defend whatever I have said.”

“He said it. If not, how could he say, ‘How can all this land be given to an Igbo man?’ What is the meaning? If an Igbo man is not qualified to get it, that means he wants to take it.”

He expressed, “The single kobo that was damaged over this property will be paid by the government, including Wike. Anyone that we could not collect before the tenure ends, Wike will pay it even after the tenure.”

“It is better that he packages and makes sure that everything is paid before he leaves.” CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
