Samuel Nwanosike: Fubara seized N2bn for my LGA and gave it to a man who S/Court said Doesn't exist

The former chairman of Ikwerre Local Government, Samuel Nwanosike, recently aired his dissatisfaction with Rivers State Governor Sim Fubara in a video shared by Arise TV. Nwanosike stated that Governor Fubara withheld Ikwerre Local Government’s allocation for three months and later handed the funds to an individual (caretaker chairman of Ikwerre) whom the  Supreme Court had declared illegitimate

In Nwanosike’s words: “You can imagine a situation where 3 months of our allocation, while our tenure were running, was seized by this governor of our state, Sim Fubara a very humble, quiet, calm and well-spoken governor. He took over 2 billion naira for my local government and handed it over to a man who supreme court has said does not exist by the ruling of 11th of July.
