Okuama: CDS said. “He’s Actually The Mastermind. He Is The One Who Planned And Executed This With His Boys”

Lieutenant General Christopher Musa, the Chief of Defense Staff (CDS), asserted that “General” Endurance Amagbein was the architect behind the March 14 killings of 17 troops in the Okuama town in the Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State. Recall that the militant leader Amagbein was named by the Nigerian Army as the one who carried out the soldiers’ murders. Although Amagbein was thought to be hiding in the Igbomotoru hamlet in Bayelsa State, the Nigerian Army had assaulted the community and failed in their search for him. CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>

The Nigerian Army later declared Amagbein wanted, alongside seven other people.

Speaking during an interview with Arise TV on Wednesday, The CDS said the killing of the soldiers was carried out by Amagbein and his boys. He said that because they are making a lot of money from illegal activities, they think that they are above the law.

Making reference to Amagbein during the interview, the CDS said, “He is actually the mastermind. He is the one who actually planned and executed this with his boys. And you know they have a lot of issues of cultism within the general area. And again, like I always say, because they were making money illegally, they feel that they are above board, they have so much money that they can do whatever and they buy whoever it is that they can.”

Speaking further, he added, “But that’s one mistake they made. I think they’ve tried the wrong guys. And this time around, the full weight of the law is coming after him and his own team.”

The security chief urged Nigerians not to provide any form of support or protection to the suspects, because during investigations, if it is discovered that anybody is part of it, the law will take its course on the person too. CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
