In the picture which has now gone viral on the micro blogging platform, X, former Rivers State governor and APC chieftain, Rotimi Amaechi could be seen at a departure lounge which made Nigerian activist, Charly Boy to react through his official X account.
According to Charly Boy, once an individual’s reign in office is over, both members of the Nigerian Mobile Police (MOPOL) and the Department of State Security Services (DSS) are withdrawn and soldiers are re-assigned to another person.
Speaking further, Charly Boy mentioned that the staff of the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) will no longer shiver at the presence of such individual and he/she can no longer afford to charter an aircraft from his/her personal income.
The veteran singer then revealed that Rotimi Amaechi had to stay in the same departure lounge in Abuja with him because of an aircraft that was allegedly delayed for 1 hour, adding that people should remember that they are occupying temporary positions and power is transient.
