The former chairman of Ikwerre Local Government, Samuel Nwanosike, recently aired his dissatisfaction with Rivers State Governor Sim Fubara in a video shared by Arise TV. In Nwanosike’s words: “You can imagine a situation where 3 months of our allocation, while our tenure were running, was seized by this governor of our state, Sim Fubara a very humble, quiet, calm and well-spoken governor. He took over 2 billion naira for my local government and handed it over to a man who supreme court has said does not exist by the ruling of 11th of July.
