Sani’s remark, “Paying such huge sum for School fees in advance; wow,” encapsulates the astonishment and concern over the misuse of public funds for personal gain.
According to Sahara Reporters, thepayment of the school fees was made since September 2021, was intended to cover the education of four family members from their current classes until graduation, with provisions made for future enrolments.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has been involved, with the school confirming that a refund of $760,910 is due after deducting fees for services already rendered.
