Yahaya Bello: According to Liborous Oshom, This same thing was done to Rochas Okorocha, EFCC broke into his house

Attorney Liborous Oshoma has spoken out following the EFCC’s fruitless attempt to arrest former governor Yahaya Bello, even in the face of a court order prohibiting the agency from doing so.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>

In a video shared on YouTube by TVC, Oshoma said after the EFCC joined Bello in the amended money laundering lawsuit in February, they should have arrested him or invited him for questioning before he had the opportunity to get a court to issue an order restraining the agency from arresting, detaining or prosecuting him. He criticized the EFCC for attempting to arrest Bello despite the restraining order. He compared Bello’s situation to that of former Governor Rochas Okorocha, where the EFCC forcibly entered his residence to apprehend him.

In Oshoma’s words: “You were sleeping when he got an order and now all of a sudden you remember ‘Oh, we have power, we even need to use the army to break into his house’. This same thing was done to Rochas Okorocha, they broke into his house”CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
