He pointed out that there was a serious threat to the stability and security of the area due to the regular attacks on police stations and courts. He declared with pride that under President Bola Tinubu’s leadership, the military’s strategic operations have been successful, considerably reducing the ongoing attacks on government infrastructure.

He said in an interview with Channels TV, ”I was a general commanding officer in the South East. And I can speak boldly to the situation in the South East. When I was leaving the South East, there were so many attacks on government infrastructures. The police station, the court, the school system and so many government infrastructures were attacked.
