He claimed that there isn’t a single nation in West Africa where a Nigerian lecturer isn’t giving a lecture, but we don’t see any foreigners traveling to Nigeria in search of teaching positions. In addition, he said that Nigerian students are dispersed over the globe for educational purposes, with some even traveling to Sudan just for their education—a disgrace for a nation the size of Nigeria.

Speaking further in an interview with News Central TV, he said, “Our children are running around the world; some are even going to Sudan to school. There is no country in West Africa where you don’t see a Nigerian lecturer lecturing, but you don’t have any foreign lecturers coming to Nigeria because we are still in a country where a lecturer goes home with $300 a month.
