According to Dalung, while Dr. Betta Edu faced suspension and the withdrawal of privileges, including her villa pass, other individuals allegedly involved in the same situation were not subjected to similar actions. He criticized what he perceived as a lack of consistency in the government’s approach to disciplinary measures.
Dalung likened the situation to a scenario where three armed robbers are apprehended, yet only one is taken into custody while the others are allowed to remain free. He characterized this as a manifestation of injustice masquerading as justice within the government’s mechanisms.
He said: “There were big names mentioned with Dr Betta Edu who has not been suspended. And they have also not been investigated but Dr Edu was suspended.
