The Presidential Committee on the Implementation of Livestock Reforms suggested that the best way to address Nigeria’s farmer-herder conflict would be to combine open grazing with ranching. Prof. Attahiru Jega, the chairman of the committee, made this revelation on Thursday during the 23-member group’s report’s submission to President Bola Tinubu in Abuja.
