The well-known Nigerian transvestite Idris Okuneye, better known by his stage name Bobrisky, is set to face legal charges from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for allegedly taking part in Naira abuse. CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>

Following a video report that appeared to show him spraying and displaying bundles of new Naira notes at the premiere of “Ajakaju,” a movie produced by Nollywood actress and producer Eniola Ajao, the 31-year-old was called in by the EFCC. On March 24, 2024, an incident occurred in the Film One Circle Mall located in Lekki, Lagos.

Further scrutiny revealed that Bobrisky allegedly engaged in similar acts at various event centers and gatherings on different occasions.

Responding to the Commission’s invitation, Bobrisky presented himself at the Lagos Zonal Command of the EFCC on the morning of Wednesday, April 4, 2024, for interrogation and provided his statement voluntarily.

While sharing a photo of Bobrisky on their Facebook page, EFCC revealed that an investigation have been launched on his case and he would be charged to court once investigation is completed. CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
