“The court order came at a time when decisions have been taken and court orders are meant to prevent something from happening,” Bature stated in the interview. Yesterday, at precisely 5 p.m., His Excellency signed the legislation; the court order was issued around 11 p.m.

He further added that “therefore this is just something that came at the very wrong time, and by law, the state is not bound by this order, so therefore the emir has been restored, and 48 hours were given to the former emirs to vacate the palaces, and I think most of them have already vacated the palaces.
