In his remarks, President Bola Tinubu praised Usman Shugaba for his professionalism and dedication to duty. He also commended him for his bravery and courage in the line of duty.
In addition, The President noted that Usman Shugaba had served him with distinction, and he was proud to promote him to the rank of DCP.
Usman Shugaba expressed his gratitude to the President for the promotion, and pledged to continue to serve him and the country with loyalty and commitment. He also thanked the President for his trust and confidence in him, and promised to live up to his expectations.
