Shehu Sani, a former candidate for governor of Kaduna state, has turned to social media to address the group of Nigerians who are making fun of Peter Obi, a former presidential candidate of the Labour Party, for having funded the drilling of a borehole in the state a few days prior. Remember that on Sunday, former Anambra State governor Peter Obi wrapped off his Ramadan tour, visiting the states of Nasarawa, Gombe, Bauchi, and Kaduna, during which he gave financial assistance to residents.

The businessman has however, sparked several reactions from Nigerians after he assisted Kaduna residents by establishing a borehole in the state as many questioned the source of the water.

And so chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Shehu Sani in reaction to such criticisms took to his official X account to share a report of a stream that is usually used by Kaduna state residents and animals by Daily Trust.

Shehu Sani further cautioned netizens not to mock Peter Obi for funding a borehole in Kaduna state, adding that they should appreciate his act of kindness no matter how little it is.

Shehu Sani wrote;
