SGF Akume: If He Says He Can't Afford To Pay His Drivers A 100k, What Is Wrong With That?-According to Shehu SaniSen. Speaking further, Shehu Sani made it known that the former Governor of Benue State, George Akume lives on his pension as a former governor and his salary as the SGF, thereby demanding to know whether he should have billions in his bank account.

Senator Shehu Sani made this disclosure in a post he made on his official X handle on Friday morning. He went on and demanded to know whether George Akume should tell Nigerians that he can pay his drivers ₦500,000 monthly.

He wrote: “Mr George Akume ideally lives on his pension as a former Governor and his salary as the SGF. If he says he can’t personally afford to pay his Drivers a 100k what is wrong with that? Is he supposed to have billions? Is he supposed to boast that he can pay his Driver 500k? and if he said that, what will be the public reaction?Was this not the prudent life that earned the former President the title of integrity?”

Recall that the former Governor of Benue State, Mr George Akume, recently claimed that he can’t afford to pay his drivers ₦100,000 every month. As a result of his statement, some Nigerians attacked and criticised him, accusing him of pretending to Nigerians.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
