According to a post made by Peter Obi on his official X feed on Thursday, Ositade has already been awarded scholarships totaling $3,511,582 as a result of his outstanding performance. He did, however, congratulate him for pulling off the achievement.
Obi wrote on his page;
“I recently read reports of two exceptional Nigerians who made history on the global stage and who I would like to celebrate today. First is a Nigerian teenager, Oluwafemi Ositade, who bagged scholarships from Harvard, and 13 foreign universities, some of which are Ivy League Universities in the US, and top universities in Canada and Qatar. The 17-year-old boy is said to have, so far, received total scholarships worth $3,511,582 owing to his exceptional performance in the Scholastic Aptitude Test”.
