Sharing the pictures, Kenneth Okonkwo’s caption read: “Peter Obi arrived at the residence of Junior Pope to pay his condolences to the family over the sad and untimely demise of their husband, brother, and father. He consoled the mother, Mrs. Maria, the widow, Jennifer, and the children.”

Junior Pope was laid to rest yesterday in his hometown. The burial rites commenced at 10 a.m. with a commendation mass at St. Peter’s Catholic Parish, Ukehe, and a lying-in-state at his father’s compound, where family members, well-wishers, colleagues, and friends had the final glimpse of the late actor before the body was moved to a private venue for interment at about 1:30 p.m. CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
