Human rights advocate and lawyer Prof. Chidi Anselm Odinkalu responded to Osita Okechukwu’s failure to respond to a question posed to him during an interview. The host stated, “I am asking you a straight-forward question: somebody that’s receiving a certain amount of money last year, if they took the money to the market a year ago, what would they be able to buy with it?”
“And if they take the money now to the market, what will they be able to buy with it? Are things better now or worse? It is a straight-forward question.”
In response, Osita Okechukwu stated, “If you make the question straightforward, then you are not being fair.”
However, Chidi Odinkalu responded to the viral video. In a post on his Twitter page, he said that Okechukwu was speaking incoherently.
