Okuama Killings: I Have Nothing To Tell Them, But God Is Watching Everyone, He Will Judge - According to Mother of late Lt-Col A.H Ali

The mother of the late Lieutenant Colonel A. H. Ali, who was one of the 17 soldiers slain at the Okuama town in the Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State, has described her relationship with him prior to his passing. Her name is Hassana Hassan. CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>

Hassan claimed that Ali was her firstborn son and that she cannot adequately express the anguish that his passing has caused her, according to the Daily Trust story from Sunday.

She said that Ali had never done her any harm and characterized him as a trustworthy, laid-back man who was honest in all of his interactions.

She said that she has nothing to tell the people that killed her son, but that God is watching everyone and will judge accordingly on the last day.

She said that the last time she saw him was two weeks ago, and that when he came, he apologized to her for his inability to come and see her earlier. She said that he bought her foodstuffs which she would use for the fasting period.

She said, “When I was in the hospital I requested some money from him to settle the medical bills and he sent to me. Unfortunately, before we were discharged from the hospital, his brother came and said my attention was needed, that Alhaji Ali wanted to see me. I left to see him and he broke the news to me.

“Honestly, it is devastating because he is now the fourth one I lost. I have nothing to say but God is watching. He was very good to me; I lacked nothing from him.

“I have nothing to tell them, but God is watching everyone, he will judge on the final day.”

The Nigerian Army said that Lt. Col. Ali and the 16 other soldiers were killed when they went for a peacekeeping mission in Okuama community. CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
