"Mr President Didn't Buy New Vehicle For Himself, What He Has Are Vehicles He Met In Villa"According to Osita Okechukwu, the former director general of the Voice of Nigeria, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu does not drive automobiles manufactured in Nigeria because he has not purchased a new vehicle since taking office. He said, “Mr President didn’t buy any new vehicle for himself, what he has are the vehicles he met in the Villa. Unless you expected him to jettison, throw them away, or auction them.”

During the interview, the anchor said that some Nigerians are doing well in manufacturing, despite the challenges facing them in the country, yet he has not seen the President going around the world promoting Innoson motors.

In his response, Okechukwu said that Innoson motors is already getting the necessary support from the Nigerian government. He said that if you go to the military barracks across the country, Innoson motors are there. He added that most senior military officers in Nigeria use Innoson motors.

He said, “Innoson motors, more than any other car, are found in the military and police forces, and you know they are not one or two, they are large numbers.”

Speaking further, he said that another problem is that the Innoson motors sometimes do not meet up with the request. He said that there was a time the National Population Commission was negotiating with him when they were about going into the census, but the number of vehicles Innoson had could not meet up and he promised to increase the number.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
