Nigerian Reacts As Obi Donated N1M For Treatment Of Fire Victims And Also Gave N200,000 To Nurses in Kano

Following the news that Peter Gregory Obi, the Labour Party’s (LP) candidate for president in 2023 and the former governor of Anambra state, had contributed one million Naira for the treatment of Kano state fire victims, social media users responded in a variety of ways. According to Tanko, after the former governor of Anambra state visited the victims at the hospital, he donated N1 million for their treatment and also gave nurses N200,000 for doing a great job.

Yunusa Tanko wrote on his page;

“His Excellency, Peter Obi walking the talk on his humanitarian gesture and show of empathy. Last night in Kano, he visited the affected victims of arson and donated N1 million for their care and also gave N200,000 to the nurses for a good job done so far”.
