My Mom Gave Me Ifeanyi Because My Mother Is Igbo, but You Can Only Use 3 in Your Passport — According to Gov. Ademola Adeleke

The governor of Osun State, Gov. Ademola Adeleke, revealed the origin of the name Jackson on his passport in an exclusive interview with Arise TV. He disclosed that although his father gave him three names, his mother gave him the name Ifeanyi because she is an Igbo woman. Gov. Adeleke further stated that he was a well-known dancer, emphasising how he once won a dance competition during the era of Michael Jackson. He revealed that they started calling him Jackson from then, and he however added it to his name.

According to him, “My father gave me names at my birth: Ademola, Nurudeen, and Adeleke. My mom gave me Ifeanyi because my mother is Igbo, but you can only use three in your passport. So, in my passport now I have Ademola Jackson Adeleke.” CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
