Reactions To The Numerous Local Government Employees Who Came To Fubara To Express Appreciation

Many responses have followed the enormous number of persons who paid gratitude visits to Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara. On Wednesday, the governor’s official X handle posted photos of the enormous gathering. The state governor of Rivers said after releasing the photos that the local government employees came to see him as a token of appreciation for the beneficial policies his administration has been putting into place. In the post that Siminalayi Fubara shared on his page, he said his administration is determined to keep putting smiles on the faces of Rivers people by implementing positive policies.

He wrote on his page;

“Today, I received a solidarity visit from the leadership and members of the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE). They had come to show gratitude for the positive policies we are implementing to ensure their welfare. Committed to making their conditions better, we are looking into the issues of promotions, payment of gratuities, and implementation of grade level 17 salary. In line with our core value of governance with reasoning, we are determined to keep putting smiles on the faces of Rivers people by implementing policies that make a positive impact”.
