Mixed Reactions After FG Said That People From UK, USA Have Started Coming To Use Hospitals In Nigeria

Online users have responded in a number of ways to the Federal Government’s allegations that individuals from the US and the UK have begun traveling to Nigeria to access medical facilities. CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>

The Special Advisor to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Bayo Onanuga, made this declaration in a post that was posted on his official X Twitter on Wednesday.

The Federal Government said in a post that Onanuga shared on his website that people are traveling to Nigeria to receive medical care as it is less expensive there than anywhere in the world.

He wrote on his page;

“The President has given the directive to build 12 new more, which groundbreaking will happen in the next few months. For the ones that are functioning, people are coming from abroad to seek care there because it is cheaper. Even in our private health sector, people are coming from the United Kingdom, and from everywhere in the world to get care in Nigeria because it is cheaper”.
