He revealed that the situation escalated when military personnel were brought in to forcefully collect the phone, leading to a confrontation with the police. Despite attempts to resolve the matter, Opara explained that the other party fled with the phone, leaving the situation unresolved.
According to him, “You (the army) purchased a phone, and after weeks, you complained about the phone. They said that the problem is with the battery, and it’s because of the way you use the battery. They asked you (the army) to let us change the battery, but he said no, you want a new phone. You left and went to hire a military man to come and assist you. The military man now came with his uniform and collected the phone by force, and the police now came. You ask the police who gave them the authority to intervene in this matter.
