LGA Funds: Fubara believes I Don't attend his functions or he Doesn't like my face -According to Nwanosike SamuelSamuel Nwanosike, the Chairman of Ikwerre Local administration Area in Rivers State has said that the Rivers state administration, led by Governor Fubara, has refused to transfer monies earmarked for his local government, Ikwerre, for the past two months. In a video shared by AIT, Nwanosike said Fubara took these actions because he (Fubara) is not in good terms with him and the chairman of Emuoha.

In Samuel’s words: “The governor (Fubara) believes I don’t attend his functions or he doesn’t like my face. And I said sir, even before you became governor I was already a local government chairman and in democracy, even if we disagree in whatever manner, it should not come to the job.
