While speaking, Mr. Uzoukwu made it known that he is troubled by the scourge corruption in the country. He went on and demanded to know whether there is something about the Nigerian system or in the character of the public officials, that makes it irresistible for them to steal public funds, unlike in other African countries and other countries across the globe.
Dr. Livy Uzoukwu made this disclosure in a post he made on his official X handle on Monday morning.
