He questioned the motives of the Shi’ites and accuses them of trying to deceive the public by downplaying their role in the violence. He stated that the police did not fire back at them despite the provocation. He argued that there is no image to prove that any Shi’ite member was killed by the Nigerian police.

He said in an interview with Arise TV, ”We lost two policemen and four are currently battling for their lives in the hospital as we speak. We are praying that God should help them to survive including the woman police among them. If you see how these Shi’ites hit them, it was a great assault on the police. The right hand side of the policewoman head was sliced with machete. They used guns, they used petrol bombs and they used all different kinds of weapons.

If you look at the bodies of the policemen, you will see how they were stabbed to death. Three of our police vehicles was burnt and we are asking what do they stand to gain in all of this? We have recovered two rifles that they stole from us. If the police fired back at them, we should see bodies of the dead Shi’ites. The whole world can see the images of our Gallant officers who lost their lives on duty. They are just trying to deceive the public after their organization committed a great crime against the security agency.”CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
