The Legal Practitioner had said, “Indeed, in that conference, I had also put a motion that we should change the name of Nigeria, which appears to to be a burden because of the circumstances it came into being, 8th January 1878, when Flora Louisa Shaw, a young British journalist gave her the name ‘Nigeria’ after Niger area.
