I Could Describe What We Currently Have In Nigeria Today As Christian/Christian Government - According to MURIC

In a recent interview with The Sun, Prof. Ishaq Akintola, the Executive Director of MURIC, asserted that the current Nigerian government is Christian in nature.

Prof. Akintola said that the Muslim community is not happy with the way things are because the Muslim/Muslim ticket has not produced the results that they expected.

He said, “We had an election last year that produced a Muslim President and a Muslim Vice President. We in the Muslim community were happy with the development. But unfortunately, we are being disappointed with the way things are going. I could simply describe what we currently have in Nigeria today as Christian/Christian government.”

He also spoke about the current state of the economy, saying that Nigerians are suffering. He said that Tinubu actually met a bad economy on the ground when he came into office, and that he’s been working to get the economy to work, but unfortunately, things are not looking good.

He said that Nigerians are facing tough challenges and it’s telling on them. He lamented that the cost of living has gone so high, and is not something that can be afforded by the common man.

Prof. Akintola added that six months are enough for Nigerians to start seeing the promises that Tinubu made to them during the election, and with the way things are now, Nigerians have started asking critical questions.  CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
