Hezbollah Uses Precision Missiles to Target Tel Aviv, Setting Houses on Fire in Bloody Battles

Violence between Israel and Hezbollah increased over the weekend, causing devastation in both Tel Aviv and Beirut, according to the Reuters report. One of the deadliest strikes in recent weeks occurred on Sunday when an Israeli aircraft struck southern Beirut, which is controlled by Hezbollah, killing at least 29 people. Israeli officials reported that some rockets struck residential neighborhoods, leaving homes in flames and causing minor injuries to several civilians.

 

In Petah Tikvah, just outside Tel Aviv, police confirmed multiple impact sites. The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) stated that many rockets were intercepted but warned that Hezbollah’s precision missiles had struck key areas.

Footage showed rockets hitting buildings, including a dramatic scene from Nahariya, where a projectile crashed through a roof.

In Tel Aviv, families rushed to safety as air raid sirens sounded. One resident described the chaos: “It felt like the house was shaking; we barely made it to the shelter.”

Meanwhile, Lebanon is reeling from the aftermath of Israel’s intensified air campaign.

On Sunday, the IDF carried out another series of strikes targeting southern Beirut, destroying two apartment blocks. The IDF claimed these buildings housed Hezbollah command centers and accused the group of operating within civilian areas.

Hezbollah, in response, declared it would continue targeting Tel Aviv if Israeli attacks on Beirut persist. The group’s leader stated, “Any strike on our capital will be met with an equal strike on theirs.”

The conflict comes amid fragile U.S.-led ceasefire negotiations that have shown signs of progress in recent weeks.
