According to the Rivers State APC leader, “You lift somebody’s work, intellectual work, intellectual property; you lift that, and you don’t put a quote, beginning and ending.”

“In fact, if you have that idea and credit it to the source, then the law says that you are guilty of plagiarizing.”

“So, in other words, Siminalayi Fubara is a plagiarist, okay? And I said to you again that he should compare—you compare what he has achieved in four months, because he said he has been in government for four months.”
