Governor Fubara emphasized that the Assembly quarters are part of his property in response to inquiries about the reason for his visit, saying that it was acceptable to check on the condition there.

He explained that the visit was prompted by recent developments, including the appointment of a new speaker. Governor Fubara clarified that his intention was to assess the current state of affairs firsthand and explore potential actions for the betterment of the people of Rivers State.

According to him, “Is the Assembly quarters not part of my property? Is there anything wrong with going to check how things are going on there? You are aware of the developments.
