When Nollywood actor Yul Edochie learned that his first wife, May Edochie, had undergone breast augmentation surgery without getting his permission, he reacted aggressively. He said he wasn’t present when she had the surgery and that she continued to announce publicly that she wasn’t feeling well while being aware that she was experiencing post-operative agony. In an Instagram post, Yul Edochie expressed that he would have been wrongfully accused and insulted if something had happened to her during the procedure. He added that he is receiving insults on social media from those who are manipulating her.
Yul Edochie captioned his post saying;
“God forbid if you had lost your life while undergoing breast enlargement surgery, which you didn’t tell your husband about. What would people have said”?

Furthermore, Yul Edochie said he doesn’t know who signed the consent paper because he was out of town then working. He said May Edochie called him and told him she wasn’t feeling well and he kept on telling her sorry, not knowing what really happened. He also said despite everything that was going on, people kept on insulting him and pitying her.
