During an interview with Adesuwa Giwa-Osiege on Untold Stories, Galadima detailed how he was imprisoned in what he called Frank Omenka’s dungeon, a subterranean facility four stories below Park Lane Number 1 in Lagos. He disclosed that his imprisonment resulted from his formation of the “Stolen Mandate” campaign in reaction to the presidential election of 2003. He said that in his capacity as the organizing committee’s chairman, he persuaded well-known figures to support the cause, including General Buhari, Chukwuemaka Ojukwu, and Olu Falae. Nevertheless, his actions resulted in his detention by the SSS. He claimed that he was questioned nonstop for seventy-two hours during his interrogation.

In Galadima’s words: “Obasanjo put me underground 4 floors down in Park Lane Number 1 Lagos Frank Omenka’s dungeon. I was the prefect there. Senator Saliu Mustapha was there when SSS picked me. They locked me up incommunicado and in the guest house they kept me, there were over 50 armed plane cloth policemen and they chained me. They interrogated me for 72 hours without a break”. CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
