He linked this circumstance to a previous incident in Bayelsa involving the former governor, Alamieyeseigha (often referred to as Alami). Using a video that Sahara TV posted to YouTube, Farotimi claimed that Alami’s impeachment was carried out with the support of federal power. Governor Fubara, he claimed, is “trapezing up and down,” as a result of Wike’s diminished political influence.

According to Farotimi: “Go find out how many people impeached Alami because there was federal might behind them. So if you are seeing Sim Fubara trapezing up and down the place today, know it is because Wike’s usefulness is transitory.
