Osigwe stated that no one would have dared to criticize or excessively attack former Governor Nyesom Wike throughout his entire eight years in government in an interview with Silverbird TV that was posted on YouTube. He claimed that Fubara had received unfair criticism, including accusations of withholding April’s local government allocation from 23 local government chairmen.

In Osigwe’s words: “In all of Wike’s 8-Year term, you dare not try what these people are doing; I saw the 23 local government chairmen casting aspersion on the executive governor.
