Israeli officials reacted by recalling their envoys to the three countries, calling the measure a “prize for terrorism.”

Recognising a Palestinian state, according to Israel, would make a negotiated end to the Gaza conflict less likely.

“Norway, Ireland, Spain, and a countless number of countries in South America and Africa say they will recognise a Palestinian state while France and Belgium have expressed their support for the arrest warrant that the Chief Prosecutor of the ICC wants to issue for Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant,” FFK said in response to the developments.

“As each day passes the Zionists are losing their grip on the world and more nations are turning back their back on them.”
