Falz Responds After Falana Said Tinubu's Govt Gave Governors 135bn for Covid-19 in December 2023

Following the claim made by Nigerian activist Femi Falana that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration gave state governors 135 billion Naira to use in addressing the Covid-19 issue last December, singer Falz has taken to social media to voice his opinions. CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>

Nigerian attorney Femi Falana was spotted at the Lagos State chapter of the Committee for the Defence of Human Rights in a video that was posted on Falz’s official Instagram account a few hours ago. He claimed that Tinubu’s administration had given governors $135 billion for COVID-19 in December 2023.

Femi Falana further asked members of the committee to demand that the government channels the money gained from fuel subsidy removal to the alleviation of poverty in Nigeria, if they must protest.

And so Nigerian rapper, Falz in reaction to such video, went ahead to state that such statement from the lawyer is not a prank, adding that people are starving and the economy is crumbling.
