How much more a public corporation? On this note, Persuasion leads to cooperation. Agitation leads to confrontation. Proverbs 15:1 says, ‘A soft word turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.’ Where Mutanen Arewa are angry, pacify them.
