Atofarati claimed that the persons praising Governor Oyebanji might be those seeking employment in his administration while he was gossiping about the news that the natives and people of Ekiti were applauding him for his accomplishments.
He said, “Many of them in the All Progressives Congress are aggrieved, they are angry because the government has disappointed them. But because many of them are still looking forward to appointments, they cannot talk.”
Further talking, he said, “I have queried what happened to the over N20 billion airport project. That project was inaugurated in October 2022 before the exit of former governor of the state, Kayode Fayemi. I have never seen where an uncompleted project is inaugurated.
