But a lawyer named Liborous Oshoma revealed a query posed to him by someone in an appearance with Arise TV. According to him, the person questioned whether, had the governor of Delta been an APC member, the military would have refused to allow him to visit the Okuama community in order to evaluate the damage.
In Oshoma’s words: “I was asked if this were an APC State would the military stop the Governor from accessing [Okuama] and assessing the damage? So if at the end of the day, you arrest these culprits or General Amagbein (Militant leader), are you not going to hand him over to the civil authority for prosecution? And then in prosecuting, how will the civil authority now gather evidence to prosecute?
