The use of genetically modified organism (GMO) seeds has been discussed by activist and lawyer Dele Farotimi. He uploaded a post on his official X Twitter that contained his remarks. In the post that he shared on his official page, he said the more information he has absorbed about the the use of Genetically Modified Organism seeds, the more alarmed he has become. Dele Farotimi said he believes that every Nigerian with knowledge in the field, owes a sacred duty to speak truthfully and altruistically on the subject.
