In a message published on his official X account on Friday, activist and lawyer Dele Farotimi responded to a statement made by another X user on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s recent meeting with the sociocultural group Afenifere. According to the X user’s post, Tinubu met with Afenifere leaders lately, told them directly that security has much improved since taking office, and looked them in the eyes. According to Punch, President Tinubu held a meeting with the leaders of Afenifere on Wednesday.
Reacting to this, Dele Farotimi claimed that the people Tinubu held meeting with are not members of Afenifere, he said Tinubu manufactured his own Afenifere much like he manufactured his own bishops and priests.

So you reckon eminent people like Olu Falae attending that meeting is fake or what? Your hatred for Tinubu sometimes beclouds your sense of reasoning. After all, the Ayo Adebanjo you just mentioned was holding brief for Fasonranti, the recognized leader of Afenifere so representative from Fasoranti are now fake as you would want to mislead people to believe?
