Attorney Daniel Bwala claims that Ola Olukoyede, the chairman of the EFCC, “shot himself” during his most recent media briefing. CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>

Olukoyede claimed in a video posted on YouTube by Arise TV that he gave former governor Yahaya Bello an opportunity to visit his office via a private entrance for questioning, but Bello turned him down. He maintained that everyone should be treated equally before the law, without exception, and that this method demonstrated a double standard in the application of EFCC principles.

Bwala also said that Olukoyede expressed determination to arrest Bello but there are other similar cases where individuals haven’t been arrested despite reports of their wrongdoings. He cited the case of the suspended minister of humanitarian affairs who has not been arrested.
