Months after his incarceration, crossdresser James Chukwueze Obialor, better known as WF James Brown, provided an update on Bobrisky. Remember that Okuneye Idris, also known as Bobrisky, was charged with four counts of money laundering and abuse of the naira and was later arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). The Nigerian Correctional Service, Lagos State Command, had confirmed in a statement that Bobrisky was serving jail term in its Ikoyi custodial center. This was the last update given about the crossdresser.
In a post on his official Facebook account, James Brown stated that he had paid a recent visit to Kirikiri prison to ascertain the well-being of Bobrisky. He also shared pictures from his visit with the caption, “I want to KIREKIRE PRISON to visit BOBRISKY to know if she alright.”
