Clark: It's an Insult at this point in time to say that Igbos need reintegration - According to Dayo Sobowale

Analyst Dayo Sobowale recently disputed Pa Edwin Clark’s proposal for Igbo reunification in an interview with Arise News. Clark’s proposition was strongly disputed with by Sobowale, who called it a “extravagant call” and a “insult” to the Igbo people. According to Sobowale, the Igbo community does not require reintegration because they are able to fight their own fights. Furthermore, Sobowale took aim at the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), advocating for an independent Biafran state. He described IPOB as a “distraction” and challenged its leader to withdraw the secession bid against the Nigerian state.

In his words;

“That’s an extravagant call, Igbos can fight their own battle and I think it’s an insult at this point in time to say that Igbos need reintegration. The IPOB is a distraction. If the IPOB leader, if indeed he’s a leader, if he wants to be reintegrated into Nigeria, let him withdraw secession against the Nigerians state, you cannot have a state within a state”CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
