Chidi Lloyd made this claim during an interview with some journalists on Arise Television where he spoke about the crisis in Rivers State. During the interview, Chidi Lloyd said, “Sim Fubara told us that he is not prepared for the job because he is an accidental governor. He said that we should have told him 20 years ago so that he will prepare.”
