She stated in a video that Arise News released that she felt compelled to make her own film because she was not receiving financial support, and that’s why she chose to present Bobrisky with the prize for publicity’s sake.
In her statement, she said, “It was all jokes, and we wanted to have fun, and we want people to talk about it.
“I have been thinking of myself to protect the image of the people, and I have been doing it all alone.
“I wasn’t getting the help I needed, so I decided to award Bobrisky.
“At the end of the day, people started talking about it, but some people are not happy, and they are trying to come against Femi Adebayo, but he’s my boss, and he wasn’t even aware of what was going on, I only called him to help me announce the award.”
